I’m really bummed out and I’ve tried hard not to feel this way. We placed an order for some time-sensitive t-shirts on December 5th, hoping to take them with us on the 16th. On the 12th, we reached out for an update but didn’t hear back. Knowing about the Royal Mail issues, we could’ve sorted out our own courier or even picked them up ourselves. We sent another email yesterday morning and finally got a reply last night. By then, we didn’t need the t-shirts anymore. They don’t have a phone number, and their email responses are way too slow. They claimed the delay was due to Royal Mail and the strikes, saying their suppliers use them for shipping plain t-shirts. I find that hard to believe since those are usually big shipments, not something Royal Mail handles efficiently. Plus, this makes me think they hadn’t even printed the t-shirts yet. If they had replied sooner, we could’ve canceled the order. It’s a real shame because I was looking forward to working with them a lot in the future, but now I just don’t feel confident about it.

This is definitely one of the top drop shippers out there. The products are fantastic. They’re super comfy, and the print quality is impressive. My customers absolutely adore them. Prices are fair, and shipping is consistently fast.
